A breaking wave crashes over electric mobility!
The interoperability announced in March to drivers of electric vehicles who are PlugSurfing and IZIVIA customers is becoming a reality. The two charging operators are throwing the door open by giving each other’s customers access to their networks.
The Corri-Door network of 200 rapid charging points, renowned for covering the whole country, is now open to customers signed up to PlugSurfing, and the 35,000 charging points on the European network are now available to IZIVIA’s ZEN and PREMIUM customers. An impressive figure, which demonstrates the sector’s capacity for sustainable growth.
“I am thrilled with this real, effective interoperability, which represents a huge step forward for electric vehicle drivers! Thanks to PlugSurfing, IZIVIA is giving its customers access to a European network of 35,000 charging points”, explains Juliette Antoine-Simon, IZIVIA’s Managing Director.
The principle is that you sign up to one of the 2 mobility operators, IZIVIA or PlugSurfing, and get a means of access (the IZIVIA Pass or the RFID charging key* and the PlugSurfing app). This is the passport that gives you access to the vast European networks covered by these charging facilitators. A 100% clean, electric tour from France to Benelux, via Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
*The RFID charging key is the perfect companion to the app. It means you can use charging points that are not compatible with payment via the app.
“TOGETHER, WE WILL MAKE ELECTRIC MOBILITY EASIER”
+More information: PlugSurfing started out in 2012 as a mobility operator and payment service provider. The goal of its founders, Adam Woolway and Jacob van Zonneveld, is to make a practical contribution to the promotion of cleaner mobility by offering a response to a driver’s fear of breaking down.

PlugSurfing continues to grow by becoming the first mobility operator to add France to a network that covers 16 countries already.
Where can you find the charging points?
These operators show the charging points available in real time on the maps on the IZIVIA and PlugSurfing websites, with details of their status (working, available, undergoing maintenance).
