Service definitively stopped for a part of Corri-Door network
As a precautionary measure, on February 7, IZIVIA had made 189 quickchargers unavailable out of the 217 terminals of the Corri-Door network that it operates commercially. Indeed, following two technical incidents, security risks had appeared on two chargers of the same manufacturer. These have been confirmed by a certified and independent design office.
Thus, constrained to take the decisions to avoid any potential risk, IZIVIA decided to close definitively the terminals which were stopped on Corri-Door network.
We apologize to our customers and network users.
What's going to happen?
All the quickchargers concerned will be removed according to a schedule which will be defined shortly. In addition, IZIVIA wishes to replace some of these terminals. The Corri-Door network keeps a total of 40 to 50 terminals, including the 28 terminals of another manufacturer which continue to provide their service. All IZIVIA customers are aware of these developments by emailing.
To overcome this inconvenience, our customers who have subscribed to the ZEN and PREMIUM offers of the IZIVIA RFID Card will receive a proposal to change their subscription. As a reminder, the subscription part will not be recorded on their February invoice.
