Car manufacturer RENAULT has fitted 23 of its sites with some 1,000 charging points for vehicles belonging to employees and visitors. It is continuing to roll out more charging points alongside these.
- Helping Renault manage and update its charging facilities
- Handling the technical management of the charging points: monitoring faults, providing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Managing users: distributing access passes, dealing with customer relations etc.
Support and remote maintenance
IZIVIA monitors the charging points in real time and is proactive when it comes to detecting incidents. When a user calls to report a problem, IZIVIA can intervene remotely:
- To diagnose the fault
- To start / stop a charge
- To unlock the socket
Issues are resolved remotely in 80% of cases. If this is not possible, on-site maintenance work will be carried out, and the user will be directed to a working charging station.
